SCOPE OF SERVICES

• Design Consultation:  Home visits, inspection, inventory of furniture, scope of work, conceptual feel, material preferences, style and budget
• Review of Architectural Plans
• Conceptuals for Interiors:  Review overview plan & design intent of the interiors with color, fabrics, furniture, etc.
• 3D Renderings & Sketches:  Detailed drawings to determine style, beams, partition walls, custom built-in's, trim details, etc.
• Space Planning / CAD:  Develop furniture plans
• Meetings with Architects, Builders, Contractors, Vendors, etc
• Review Building Contract: Total allowances, value engineer, recommendations for adjustments
• Cabinetry:  Built-in designs through fabrication & selection of all millwork
• Tile/Stone/Mantel selections & layout
• Kitchen & Bath Design: Cabinetry, flooring, finishes, appliances, tiles, countertop slabs
• Selection of all plumbing
• Flooring: Elevations & plans for selection of all tiles, wood, stains/colors
• Wall Surfaces:  Paint vs wallpaper, wood, etc.
• Selection of doors & hardware
• Selection of trim, baseboard, crown moldings
• Lighting/Electrical plans: Selection of Lighting
• Provide finish schedules - provide builder with necessary selections & schedules for installations
• Regular Walk-through's with Architects, Builders, Contractors, Electricians, etc.throughout the job
• Research, specify & select all finishes, furnishings, fabric, rugs, carpets, window treatments, bed linens, art, accessories, etc.
• Purchasing at wholesale costs (20-50% off Retail)
• All purchasing is tracked and coordinated through PGA.
• Coordinate and schedule all deliveries
• Installation:  PGA works directly with all vendors/contractors to ensure each delivery and installation goes smoothly
